Did somebody say pickles on the beach? HECK YEAH! This flavor was made for it. This limited batch pickle screams TROPICAL and is a collaboration with Eight Oaks Farm Distillery, a craft distillery located in the rolling hills of the Lehigh Valley. 

The Playa de Piña pickles began with fermenting cucumbers and green papaya in the rum barrel, and then jarring them up with pineapple, mint, and kaffir lime leaves in a quick brine of apple cider vinegar and persimmon vinegar.
