We're bringing back this coveted Italian-style pickle featuring local or seasonal vegetables preserved in vinegar with spices.
This year, our giardiniera will include Aji Dulce Peppers! These peppers have the same look and aroma as Habanero peppers, but with a sweet, fruity taste with hints of black pepper and coriander, adding complex and highly delicious flavor to our seasonal giardiniera. Enjoy right out of the jar, stir into pasta salad or add to a grazing board!
Our Aji Dulce Peppers were home grown by Chef Eli Kulp, James Beard Nominated and "Best New Chef" by Food & Wine magazine and cohost of Delicious City Podcast.
